Exhibitor Opportunities

Exhibitors have traditionally gained much from Mid-Atlantic Bio, while also enriching the composition of the conference. Past exhibitors say the forum has given them visibility before a diverse audience of influencers and decision-makers interested in learning what companies have to offer. Likewise, the exhibition gives added benefit to our attendees, providing them the opportunity to explore in depth the capabilities and offerings of individual exhibitors, while allowing them to speak one-on-one with company representatives.

Member Companies: $2,500

  • Must be a member of TCM/MdBio, VaBIO or MAVA

Exhibit Space Assignments:

Booths will be assigned to exhibitors on a first come, first serve basis. Exhibit space priority is given to conference sponsors. Space is limited. Exhibitor-only packages may be placed on a wait list pending space availability. A deposit may be required to hold exhibit space and will be refunded if space is not provided by Mid-Atlantic Bio.
Conference Planners reserve the right to change the location of an exhibit booth on site.
